Partnership options with IELTStestONLINE

Are you running an educational institution or immigration service?  Or would you like to use our course on your own website and set your own prices?

We have three options for partnership – take a look below and see which option you think suits your requirements. If you are not sure or would like further information, then contact us first.

How does it work?

Once you have registered to become an affiliate, you will have access to affiliate banners and links which contain embedded tracking code. This code identifies the source of the students, so once they enrol, commission is automatically added to your affiliate account. You can use the banners and links ion your website, your social media pages or anywhere else you may have potential users.

What do I earn?

Commission on SPEED and EXPAND Membership enrolments, and $35 on MASTER Membership enrolments. Commissions are paid in the first week of the following month, and are transferred by PayPal.

How does it work?

The ‘White Label’ option is held on a different website and means you can offer your students access to the complete course, but can use your logo and company colur on the background of the course pages. The White Label version does not reference IELTStestONLINE but we will still respond to students queries sent via the online course.

What does it cost?

Once you have been set up as a White Label partner, you can login to your admin section and purchase access codes for the course. The access codes are for the SPEED Membership only (and do not include writing or speaking assessment). Access codes remain ready for activation for 180 days form the date of purchase. You simply provide your user with an access code and they can then create their own account. For costs, please use the form below to contact us.
Once the first 10 access codes have been purchased, you can then send us your logo and company colours so we can customise your portal.

How does it work?

The sub-domain option is our newest addition, launched in October 2018. It works by us creating a sub-domain of YOUR site on our server, and installing a copy of the complete course and student management interface for your students only. You can choose how you would like the course to be displayed and can use the sidebars in the course to refer to your own products or services, and as the course is only for your clients, you can have a ‘teacher’ role if required so you can keep an eye on how students are performing, what percentage of the course they have completed etc.

As the course is on a sub-domain of your site, your users will have a seamless experience moving from your website to the sub-domain. This can help user engagement on your site as well as boosting visitor numbers.

You can create access codes to give to clients if the course is part of a wider service, or you can set up a paid enrolment page to target new users. You can set the price and duration of the course, and can even add additional content if required.

To set the sub-domain up, all you need to do is to modify your DNS records (your technical team or website hosting company can help here) and add 1 additional record. IMPORTANT NOTE: We will NOT have / need ANY access to your hosting plan or website.
