Impact Learning Services New Zealand provides services via this website under the following terms and conditions:
Satisfaction guarantee
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the site, you may contact us by email within 24 hours of paying for the service and we will refund your money. Send an email to impact@ieltstestonline.com and include your full name, username and password and a request for refund of your payment. Please also include an explanation for your lack of satisfaction with the site. The email must arrive within the stated time period to be eligible for a refund.
Please note that payments made by money transfer or money order or any other non-credit card means will have a processing fee deducted from the refund. The processing fee will be equal to the costs involved in refunding the monies.
Diamond Plan members
As part of the Diamond Plan package, you are entitled to have one complete writing test corrected with comments and one live speaking practice test. Both of these additional services must be used within your 90 day membership. No refunds (after the first 24 hours) are given for either of these services if they are not used.
Use of this site
All course content included in this site, without limitation, including names, logos, graphics and information are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, publishing, downloading, modifying, altering, broadcasting, distributing, selling or transferring any information included in the course offering without express written permission from the authors .Intellectual property available to the user via membership is for personal use only and transfer of access rights by a registered user to a third party is strictly prohibited.
